Recipe: Eggs with Mayonnaise 🥚
You need: 6 hard-boiled eggs, some mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, 2 tomatoes, and some parsley.
- Cut the eggs in half, take out the yolks and put them into a sieve.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Put the lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and eggs on the plate.
- Add some mayonnaise on top.
- Cover the eggs with the yolks from the sieve.
- Decorate with parsley.
