There are no high mountains on the British Isles.
But Scotland is a mountainous country, especially in the north.
The highest peak is Ben Nevis, in the Grampian Mountains.
The Pennine Chain runs through the centre of England.
There are also the Cumbrian Mountains in Wales.
Snowdon (3,300 feet) is the highest peak in North Wales.
The territory of Ireland is covered with green hills.
No part of the island is more than 70 miles from the sea.
The British Isles have many rivers, but they are not very long or deep.
The longest of the English rivers is the Severn, which flows into the Irish Sea.
The Clyde is Scotland’s most important river.
Many English and Scottish rivers are joined with canals.
It is possible to travel by water from one end of Great Britain to the other.
The River Shannon is the longest one in Ireland.

🧩 Rule
Formula:
will / shall + be + past participle (V3)
e.g. The bridge will be built next year.
Used when we talk about future actions that will be done to someone or something.
