Teigiamojo sakinio žodžių tvarka

Lietuvių kalboje sakinio dalis atpažįstame pagal galūnes, todėl žodžių tvarka gali būti gana laisva. Anglų kalboje žodžiai galūnių beveik neturi, todėl sakinio prasmė priklauso nuo žodžių tvarkos.

Pagrindinė schema

Anglų kalbos teigiamasis sakinys dažniausiai turi tokią struktūrą:

Subject + Verb + Object + Adverbs (manner / place / time)

Pavyzdžiai

  • My sister bought a hat yesterday.
  • We don’t go to school on Sunday.
  • The taxi driver shouted at me angrily across the street.
  • The young girl with long black hair held out her hand slowly across the table.

Kodėl tai svarbu?

Pakeitus žodžių tvarką, gali pasikeisti visa sakinio reikšmė.

  • The dog bit the man.
  • The man bit the dog.

Todėl mokantis anglų kalbos būtina laikytis nustatytos žodžių tvarkos.
